Indiana Packers would like to thank you for the opportunity to do business with your operation.  Our producers are a vital component of our business and we value and understand the importance of that relationship.  In an effort to facilitate a smooth delivery of hogs and processing of information, below is a check list of items that need to be completed prior to delivery.  Please review each item and submit the required documentation prior to your delivery day.

          2. _____Food Safety Initiative – Letter of Certification
          3. _____Country of Origin Declaration (COD) generated by IPC
          4. _____Transport Bill of Lading
