In an effort to facilitate a smooth delivery of hogs and processing of information, below is a check list of items that need to be completed prior to delivery. Please review each item and submit the required documentation prior to your delivery day.

3. _____Country of Origin Declaration (COD) generated by IPC
4. _____Transport Bill of Lading
