Production

Indiana Packers is looking for candidates for various production positions to work in its innovative pork processing facility.  We are looking for highly responsible, motivated, and energetic individuals who possess a strong work ethic to fill these positions and be a part our world-class team.

Production candidates should apply in person between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Indiana Packers facilty in Delphi, Indiana.

Management Training Program

Indiana Packers Corporation offers a Management Training Program for college graduates.  The training program is designed to facilitate success for candidates who complete the program.   Candidates are provided extensive training in the operations area in order to prepare them for a leadership assignment within the operations group.  Ultimately, it is the corporation’s desire to place the trainee in the area that best fits their education and skills.
